If those spies have been able to bring the polonium from Russia to the UK lately (or vice versa, im not sure) to poison another spy without anyone knowing about that until all 4 were cought ill with radiation. Then why the terrorists cannot bring a portable atomic bomb to the USA without anyone knowing about that too?

I remember hearing this a few years ago on tv and i don't know if it's true or not. I heard that some crappy country had a nuke that was the size of a suitcase and out of the 5 they had 2 were missing. if that's true, it's pretty creapy

Look people, you can put a small atomic bomb in a lunch box for crying out loud. We have open boarders and MS13, FNFAL, and many other groups have slipped into America. Whats to say some of Osama's ( or is that Obama's) buddies didn't also slide across into the US and sit here waiting for a chance to score big.
Picture this: If they could launch an air burst, say 20,000 feet over the west coast, the EMP would knock out all electronics, all power, no vehicles running, everything would grind to a halt. Just in that alone, look at the economic ruin it would bring on America.
We better take the fight against these people serious before they are knocking on our door to prove a point and send a bunch of infidels to their deaths just so they can have their virgins in paradise.

I think it is entirely possible to carry out this sort of act on a wide scale, but the problem for the plotters side would be that there could be one of them who would succumb to poisoning, and thus start a trail of evidence before the plan was finished.
It would have to be a doomsday plan that would be carried out without the slightest chance of interruption. That's takes years of detailed planning. Sort of like 9-11.

We could all get run over crossing the street. Not to make light of your scenerio, but how does this type of fear get resolved?
I refuse to live in fear. The people in the world who hate the US use fear as their main weapon. Don't help them win.
It's why the war against terror is a good thing.
