I have seen a few things. A 'ghost' that walked out of my bedroom and the fell through the stairs. A man's head on the wall dripping with blood, 'phantom insects'. The worst is the one I have named 'The Light Bulb Face.'
I was maybe 3 or 4 and the light bulb in my bedroom blew, so I called my stepdad and he took the bulb from it's placement then disappeared downstairs to fetch another, I was alone for about 2 or 3 minutes, but I made the mistake of looking at the window, there was the most horrific face, twisted and contorted, and it seemed so full of rage. To say the least I was a little afraid of the dark for a while. I have also experienced the sight og a U.F.O Living in the same house as 'Light Bulb' was seen we woke up one morning 2-3am and looked out of the window, hovering over the house opposite was an orb of llights couldn't really tell you any more than that, I have felt the 'watching' sensation countless times.
Now I'm not saying that ghosts\paranormal is real or otherwise, it could just be our minds discharging everything they don't need that can't be ejected through dream's, or maybe there is something else that we haven't yet discovered, everyone has there own opinion on this subject and I don't believe (what with all the hoaxers) we will EVER discover the truth.

I have had lots of experiences with spirits and I believe that the spirits of the dead can come back. I also believe taht some spirits have more of a purpose than others. I cant say I have met a bad spirits although questionable ones and I can also say I have never met a holly wood white ghost version that goes oooohhhhbut...............................
My young sister claimed she saw a face three times in her house. Just a face floating about. I was a sleep when I was wokenby something tugging me - it was a young man about years in 25 in a tux. I jumped out of bed but the apparition just sort of sunk into the corner and faded something said check your door and i did and it was open. However when i went back to bed i forgot about it until i woke up and wanderd why I pushed the wardrobe at my bedroom door and then i remembered.
Another time i saw orbs floating about they looked like pacmans. Another time I stayed in this flat and although I was not overally bothered I saw things - an apparition with a big round face and other orbs. Another time I stayed in a motel and woke up to a big black thing (apparition) actually over me and I was reciting the lords prayer until it disapeared. Another time i saw the owner of my house which was a deceased estate and so did my son who was 2. He came running into my bed saying he saw grandma is his room, the old lady who had owned the house and died could be described by a 2 year old a a grandmother figure.
I have also had spirits talk to me. when a spirit talks to you - you can actually hear it in your mind - its a very strange experience. But my father has actually talked to me that way. there has been others but I have told enough. Ghosts or spirits exist and I dont think we should chase them away - if they mean no harm let them be. Some spirits actually help and can be quite comforting others are not spirits of humans but other things and sometimes they are curious and then you can get angry spirits but I never met an angry one. Experiencing is certainly believing ..........................................

I prefer to call them spirits and yes, my whole life I have seen or dreamt about them. When I first moved into the house I live in now with my husband, everytime I would walk by the den I would see a figure sitting in there. Well, come to find out his father sat in there all the time and watched TV. There are good and bad spirits and I've had both around me and I do not like the bad. The ones in my home now are my husbands parents and my mother comes from time to time. Although there is someone else I have yet to figure out who they are, but they don't seem to cause any problems.

Yes when i was a child I and my two cousions were climbing over what we thought was an old abandond building as we were climbing over the roof i went down some stone stairs that led to a door which to my surprise opened , I called to my cousions at first we were a bit afraid it was an occupied building but after going down a futher flight we found we were in an abandond old theater
we proceeded down the stairs and climbed onto the stage and there were instuments all over the stage , again we thought that the buiding must be occupied , but looking at the instuments they were all very dusty and had obviosly been there a long time so we went on to explore after about a quarter hour we went through a door and found ourselves on a long corridor that went round the building and we could see the corridor oppersite as there were windows all along the corridor sudenly there was a nurse wearing a very old fasioned headgear she looked staight at me and smiled my two cousions saw her to but she was smiling directly at me we were about to do a runner and she diserpeared , first we though it must be another building oppersite the one we were in so we ran down the corrider to see and we found that the corrider we were in joined it by this time we were getting very scared we gingerly crept up the other corridor and there was one door at the end when we looked inside it was empty . all of us then paniced and left at a rate of notts . many years later i enquired what the building was ,and found out it was and old theater that had been used as an hospital in the war to treat servivers of the blitz . I still get the shivers every time i think of it. The building was in Hamsted heath on the top part of the road on the left hand side going down from Hamstead tube to chalk farm london

Dear James H,
Do you also mean spirits when you say ghosts? Both my parents are deceased, as well as, other loved ones and though I have never seen a ghost, I have many experiences that lead me to believe that spirits do exist. We have to experience it to believe it. I am a believer!!! I hope you too can experience the beautiful graces of a positive spirit someday in your life, it isn't scary, it is comforting. The best to you and your future James=]

Nope. Nobody ever.
Actually I have twice. I don't believe in ghosts. Having said that after seeing 2 ghosts my disbelief is a bit less adamant than it was.

yes, had the fright of my life 12 months ago... a young girl standing next to my bed. Its an old house. I opened up an old cupboard and lots of stuff happened for a while. Now its gone and the house feels really nice.
Its a good experience now and a good discussion point at parties :-)
keep an open mind?

Yes, when I was 6. The damn thing had the most evil look on his face. He was walking right for me and I could see thru him, even though he was white. I was so scared I could not move or scream. I finally ducked under the covers and stayed there until my mother came in the room to wake me up.

Yes! I didn't believe until I saw one in my school then another one at the end of the road I used to live in and both times I had someone with me who saw the same as me. I believe in them now and by the way, It was not scarey!
