High school can be so challenging. It is a one-upmanship contest daily and I think it should be limited. All you need to show is that this is your girlfriend/boyfriend of the week...some hand holding and light kissing only. This should be all indicators to everyone else that you are a couple. Any other displays of affection should be considered "bragging" and deemed unnecessary and thus saved for private moments between couples.

I think the limit to pdas are when you actually want to have sex right then and there. I like public displays of affection. I like being that comfortable with someone that i can hug and kiss and hold hands with them. (I don't hold hands that's so 1980's) So if you feel like you want to have a pda moment with your boyfriend or girlfriend go ahead. Just keep it contained and clean save the nasty stuff for the privacy of your own home.

Oh dear. In High School. It's been 26 1/2 years since I've been in high school. My Best Beloved and I have kissed, peck on the cheek, held hands but would never consider making out. That's for in private. Take into account what the *norm* is around you and act accourdingly. Good luck.

That depends on the High school. Back when I was in school holding hands was the only thing allowed, no kissing, no peck on the cheek, nothing.
Personally I don't see any problem with a quick peck or holding hands but beyond that it gets into areas that may quickly lead to inappropriate behavior.

It depends on who you are around. It's about the comfort level of the surrounding area. I think that no one should have to feel uncomfortable. So, maybe limit it in certain situations.
