I used to have the same problem. I use Mary Kay Satin Lips. I use the Lip Mask about two or three times a week and then the Lip Balm before bed and a couple times throughout the day. It works GREAT!!!

the best chapstick is made by a company called epicuren. the chapstick cost about $7 or less. the reason why it's great is because it protects against uv rays, has sunscreen, and tea tree oil to nourish your lips.

The best thing to do is to spread Neosporin over your lips, and when it dries slightly spread some Carmex over them. Repeat this about three times a day- morning, midday, and evening.
Remember, when all else fails...mosturize!! Keep a generic brand chapstick in your purse at all times!
Hope this helps you!

dis is what you have 2 to get smooth lips, after you have brushed ur teeth, dab sum water on your dry lips and then get a rough towel and in soft circular motions rub ur lips in a clockwise direction, this should take the dead skin of your lips. after you have dont this apply either vaseline or carmax or nefink containing bees wax as this is good for tour lips and also helps to pump them up a bit. always carry lipbalms wit you and lay off the lipglosses 4 a wyle as they tend 2 dry out lips! gd luck! x

I like the Burt's Bees honey lip balm, NOT the one with peppermint. Sure, the peppermint makes your lips tingle, but it's also an astringent, and it dries out the skin. Which is what we're trying to prevent, right?

Personally, I use Vaseline. I think you should get a humidifier. Get a humidifier that blows air onto a "filter," not one that throws atomized water into the air. With that kind, all the minerals in the water turn into white dust when the water evaporates. It gets all over everything including your lungs.

I like Berts Bees Wax. It has peppermint oil in it and gives your lips a nice cool tingle.
