professionally go to your head boss and tell him tht you want chance to explain your side of the story. then go to HIS boss and explain tht you are not trying to get anyone in trouble but want to be heard whether it changes the situation or not. DON'T whine just talk to them.

Employment laws vary from state to state. Many states give you no rights if an employer wishes to fire you. Some provide a process of documentation that is required to fire an employee.

What is your relationship with your boss? I assume it's bad, or you wouldn't be looking for help. Many companies have a human resources department that allow you to appeal these things, but the truth is if you want to keep the job then the best thing you can do is do the best job you can and not try to tell the boss that the letter is wrong. Prove the letter is wrong by doing a great job.

Easy man, just go to the district manager and explain what's going on. If you are doing your job well and are not goofing off, you should have nothing to worry about. Basically it's a form of harrasement if they keep picking on you or giving you a hard time for no reason. It's kind of a tricky thing to do because if it's more than one person they can and most likely will gang up on you. But i would just recommend going to the highest level of authority possible, that will definately favor you. Hope it helps.

hi,
sometimes, instead of doing all what you are told, try to do something out of the way (in good manner). that will bring attention of your head boss to you and will prove your potential.
besides, its very common in workplace now a days to have such co workers. if your employer provides any ombudus service, its best place to be and talk.
also, if you know, you can talk to your head boss (most of the cases, its not possible due to fear or something), do it as soon as possible. ask him for some time to discuss the letter you got from him and explain.
currently, most of the jobs are just result oriented and unless you show them result, you show them nothing. prove your worth and in original - new way. that will take you miles ahead.

My sister is a journalist and she is always, always complaining to me about this kinda treatment. Its bullying for sure. Well I will tell you what i told her. If you can, think about these people as mentally defective, you will not be so bothered in your mind about them then. Never show the people you work with that you dont like them. My sister does show by her facial expressions when she doesnt like her collegues, its not a good move. So always act friendly even if you dont like them, this will make them ease off you. So basicall remember at all times these people are defective, pity them, and smile. know your on the higher ground at all times and do not show weakness or fear., The career world is full of backstabbers and cut throats trying to step on eachother to get to the top. I dont have a career.
