I would return it and get my money back for it. Actually, I have to tell you a little story. I was looking forward to getting a PSP for such a long time and I got one for my birthday. It had a dead pixel on the screen so I returned it. I got another one and it had a dead pixel right in the middle of the screen. I returned it and got my third PSP. I found three dead pixels and it kept freezing up. So I returned it and got an iPod Video. All the PSPs were brand new and the pixels were dead as soon as I turned it on. This is a true story. It’s an amazing system but I would return it if I were you. I hope this helped.
