White chocolate dipped pretzels, fudge, foil wrapped candies, or go with a cheese and cracker platter. You can get small wrapped cheeses that don't require refridgeration. You can also get summer sausage to put with the cracker tray. thats going to be alot of sweets for one teacher. I would definately go with a non sweet plate. Or how bout a microwave popcorn and dvd movie plate?

If you are using a cookie plate you must put cookies on it other wise you could be arrested. But if you use just a regular plate you could put on sardines and crackers I bet nobody else would bring them and you could put Limburger cheese around the outside to make it look really pretty. Good Luck and Merry Christmas

You could put nuts in holiday cupcake papers so they look decorative. You could do the same with candies or raisins too. That way, the teacher gets a little break from the cookies. Peanut brittle would be good, or some of that peppermint bark -- both are easy to make and make lots.

All sorts. Hershey's kisses, candy canes, instant hot chocolate mix (go with the cookies), maybe look through a holiday cook book and make something else that's a holiday treat. if you go with the hot coco mix you can also do what my grandma did last year. She bought little baggies and put mini marshmallows in it and put a little story on the bag about how they were snowman poop. It was cute.

some cut fruit, some of it will need to be dipped in lemon juice so it doesnt turn brown, make sure to put a piece of paper toweling under so that it wont leak juice all over. crackers and cheese maybe would be a better one. like mild cheddar cheese and some ritz crakers. that would b e different and some people want to stay away from so many sweets. good luck and merry christmas.

Peanut butter balls are always fun to make, and rather easy. Also rice krispie treats that your children can help make. You can use some of the new Berry Rice Krispie cereal and then melt some chocolate to drizzle over them with some sprinkles.

Lemon bars are a nice break from the overflow of fudge. Also consider something she can take home to her family to enjoy, a nice coffee cake or delicious sticky buns, maybe an assortment of mini muffins.

You can make brownies, or instead of making a cake make cupcakes. If you want to make cookies make them special and when you put blue icing on or whatever color you choose put the same colored sprinkles so it would look chic! Good luck and hope everything turns out great!

really any kind you want i would not recommend any type of a cookie with any chunky stuff in it like Chocolate chip or oatmeal raisin but any simple cookie will do like snicker doodle, peanut butter anything you can come up with just be creative.
