I betrayed this person, what do I do?

I'm kind of tomboyish.
This boy at my school likes this girl who's in my band.
he asked me to give her a note, so I called her name, and all of the popular posse came up with her.
I asked to speak alone with her.
I told her it was from Logan(the boy) and so she took it.
It was asking to go out on a date.
I knew she would say no, because she likes someone else.
She ripped the note up into teeny tiny pieces.
I was shocked.She went back to her clique.
The whole clique was asking what I said to her.
When she was so stubborn and wouldn't say, they came up to me
They asked me.
They took my backpack, which contained my PDA and notebook, and iPod.
I couldn't risk them breaking it, so I spilled the beans.I promised Logan I wouldn't tell but the pop. group wouldn't give it back so I had to tell.Is what I did wrong?Whatdo Ido know?He trusted me and know the whole school knows.Even his football coach All thanks to the popular girls.What do i do?Was what I did wrong?All this shame is falling on me

Abby is like my friend but I can't interfeare with her.
I promised that.
She likes a guy named Court, and he likes her back.
It's just that she doesn't know she likes her back but I promised Court that I wouldn't tell Abby.
I'm like a secret keeper.
He wants Abby to figure out on her own.
Abby wants Court to know she likes her, but I can't tell him.
So they're like in love with each other but don't know it.
I want to tell so bad but that would be breaking 4 promises at once.
What do i do to say sorry to Logan?

This is potato's honey. You should hear the story about how I betrayed my own sister. All you can do is say that you're sorry! Beg for forgiveness. Promise you won't be such a doofball again. If you aren't forgiven right away be patient and don't stop begging for forgiveness. You have to pay the price and the price is going to be a little bit of self esteem down the tube.

It was favor that Logan asked of you and things didn't go the way he hoped. In fact this girl did a cruel thing in front of you, and then you were robbed of your things.

Maybe the lesson to learn is that Logan made the mistakeliking this girl only based on seeing her but not knowing her. The best advice i can give is to seek out people who care about doing what is right than being liked.

In the short term if he's mad at you, let him be mad because a terrible thing has happened, but in the long run, don't hold it against him and let the it be in the past and people can change, even the clique, even that girl.

Well, first you should have had the wherewithal to say to "Logan' to do it himself. There's really no place in a 2 person interaction such as a 'Will you go out with me note' for a third person. But, that's neither here, nor there.

Now that you're in the middle of this, you shouldn't feel bad for your actions. Your instinct for self-preservation kicked in and you gave up Logan, so what? He should have had guts enough to take care of his own business.

There's no reason for you to feel shame or to feel bad about what you did. Hopefully, you and Logan will come away from this a bit wiser. Next time, you'll know not to get involved in a 'two person interaction' and he'll realize that perhaps the outcome would have been different if he'd been 'adult' enough to take care of his own business.

Don't feel bad, it's a waste of your valuable time. Enjoy your school years, they won't last forever.

To me, if he is a true friend he should understand that you were trying to protect yourself. And it isn't that embarrassing if he thinks about it. There are way more embarrassing secrets that could slip out about anyone. Now if it were a major secret like a condition he has, or something horrible in his past, than yeah, risk the ipod, lol. But get back on his good side that's all. He shouldn't be upset that you tried to protect yourself from either getting beat up or getting your property stoling. If they were to break it, would he pay for it?

if those girls weren't such losers, then none of this would happen. Its not your fault. They had no right to interfere. Yeah, they're her friends, but if you asked to speak to her alone, then they should have never jumped in. Logan wont hate you. Well, he shouldn't. He'll get over it, and this whole thing will blow over. Trust me, its not the end of the world. If anyone confronts you, just tell the truth, but be firm about it. Don't look scared, but thats just reason enough to use violence, or whatever. If he hates, you, or the girl hates you too, just apologize, and give them time to get over it. They'll realize that the whole world doesn't revolve around that one problem.

Don't sweat it, if he's the type of person whose forgiveness is worth it, he will understand. Tell him exactly what you said about them taking your stuff and tell them that you would regret it if you could go back. Say you weren't thinking because you had a lot of valuable stuff in your backpack like your iPod. I would'nt go through Teenage years again for no amount of money! Well don't stress too much about it....what you should do is explain to your friend(Logan) exactly they way you did on here and if he is a true friend....he will understand why you did what you did.The good thing about this whole ordeal is that it won't be an issue to anybody in a few weeks so don't stress too much.

Gosh, I am so happy not to be in high school any more. Trust me, a few weeks from now the school will have moved on to the next scandal. In the meantime, apologize to your pal. He will understand. As far as passing the note to the popular girl ... you shouldn't have gotten involved. You should have looked the guy straight in the eye and told him to grow his own set of balls and ask the girl out himself. He comprimised your trust, and comprimised your safety by being ostrisized by the Clique Gang.

Next time someone hands you a note and says to pass it on... hand it right back and tell them to pass it on themself.

You should have kept his secret if you promised him that you would because those things could have been replaced but even if he forgives you your friendship will never be the same because he will never feel that he can fully trust you the way he did before this happened. You should apologize to him and try and salvage the friendship
