The best thing you can do is stretch constantly and then message your muscles ice/heat therapy for 20min intervals and keep repeating... I would not try to workout hard until the competition if you are really that soar, but do at least one routine a day if possible... most important thing though is too stretch!!! if you dont not only will you be soar but you will also lose a lot of your flexibility that you have worked so hard to get... Good luck!!

If your muscles are sore from nonstop practicing that's because you have been working pretty hard and your muscles are ripping and growing, But that's not bad that just means your muscular power is becoming better. You'll have to wait a few days before your legs come back to full strength, from the repairing that your muscles need. If there not so sore that you can walk, then just make sure that you do some stretching before you work your muscles again. Good luck with your Dancing and Gymnastic work.

There is a product called "Light Relief"--it uses several different light waves that indeed work to relax the muscles. As a former football player & still rings champion, there is indeed theraputic benefits.

My chiropractor, has commented favorably on the use of light therapy. This product has been advertised on television-- My wife & I use it regulary and we do see benefits, that might work for you.
