Right now I'm trying to drop from 190 lbs to 175 lbs for more speed. But I need to work more on speed, agility and power.

Mimic conditioning. Practise whatever you see from your favourite running backs. Make sure you practise on a grass field, there is less wear and tear on your joints and knees, plus you develop more ankle muscles, the stuff you never see in fitness mags. Further, make sure you properly warm up (light jogging)Then stretch ,and not the reverse.

Peace,
