I am pretty sure if it is 4 overthrows it actually does count as 3, and then 4. So the batsman gets one 3, and then 1 boundary. As for the wagon wheel, I guess the tv company has to draw a line from the wicket to where the ball went as well as the three.

The wagon-wheel is just a TV gimmick. The Laws don't bother with such trivialities. If a batsman hits 7, let the producers figure out what to do.
A batsman can run 8, 9, 10 or as many runs as he wants. You can't have a category in the wagon wheel for every number. They just have runs from 1-6 cuz these are the most common.

On the TV wagon wheels, if such a thing occurs, like in the Adelaide test match. A new colour line is given and noted as 7+. Generally, 7 is seen as the most that can be got off a single ball, but crazy thigs can happen.

it is not an extra , 3 runs will b showed on the wagon wheel as 3 , and if it goes for a 4 over throw , it will be shown in the 4 category . the wagon wheel is not for showing runs scored on each n every delivery , it is where you have scored .

This goes into nothing. It is as if a batsman has scored 7 singles. Same as that of a single + 4 overthrows or any combination that yields 5 runs.

The case referred by you amount to overthrow. The run resulted in overthrow will go to the credit of batsman. In the case referred by you, batsman will get 7 runs, i.e. 3 runs taken by him and 4 runs accrued by way overthrow.
The relevent portion of the rule is appended below:
Runs scored by a batsman, including all overthrows, are credited to him by the scorer.
