..When you laugh and get in trouble, but say somethign racist and are treated better? Last year, Me and my friend laughed whenever somethign funny happened. Basically the whole class except for maybe 2 or 3 people. They allways tride to make me look bad, but the kid who deserved it said the "N" word right in front of our African American teacher. And this year, when I laugh at somethign funny, I get introuble, even though everyone else except for like 2 or 3 people, but the little kid who said he "doesent like Black people" is treated good. What do I have to do? Do I have to be racist to get a good grade?

Just tone down the laughter - if you're being too loud, you're considered being disruptive. If other students are using foul or offensive language, ignore them - they aren't worth your time or effort to be like them.

yea. that is kinda messed up! talk to your teacher about it. maybe he doesn't want to react the wrong way and get in trouble. It could happen.
