Your first clue that this might be a scam are:

1) Private limited companies in the Netherlands are not "Plc" (Private Limited Companies), but BV ("De Besloten Vennotschap"). The former is a format commonly used by British and former colonies.

2) Deutsche is Germany. There is no German Bank called that.

3) "Inland" is a term used by government as the taxation authority. To be used in a name of a bank would be highly unusual.

The whole thing just doesn't sound, feel, smell or taste right. I would be very skeptical.
