Koolaid clubs has some good services. The varieties
include themed flavor, color, music, prizes, or games. A
favorite of mine at Suxxia Tv show for tweens was often good
with cake making by the guests, then a flavor vote for the
best froster. Get some sprinkles, jimmees, candies, and
whipped creams for some gingerbread background choice.
Music theme, photo autographs, maybe you could get a
clown to dj.

Maybe just let her invite some friends for a movie and lunch at the mall. She can pick the movie (so it's not too girly) and doing something like this might make her feel more grown up. Of course, you'll have to supervise, but you don't have to sit right next her and her friends at the movie or food arcade - just stay close by and keep an eye on them.

There are indoor water parks, or even arcades like Gameworks she may like. Bowling parties sound sort of geeky...but at 11, bowling parties are fun.

definetly rock climbing could be fun, or some place like funplex where they have go karts, laser tag, etc.

Take her and her friends skating or to fun center, but give her something she might really want than you are covered.
