I certainly hope you have taken some simple pain killers. I had horrendous periods for twenty five years. So I sympathize.
Heating pad for your abdomen and back.
Heat a damp hand towel in the microwave for 40 seconds and when it cools slightly put it on your face and the back of your neck . It will help a hormone headache. Repeat as needed.
Since the minute I had my hysterectomy at 37
My migraines ceased. Mine started when I was about 6. They occur for different reasons in different people. But after the fact I learned that mine were hormonal, as yours probably are. Ibuprofen is supposed to help inflammation that is probably occurring .
Being on birth control pills helped mine quite a bit. I had endometriosis that began as a teen.
Take care and feel better soon.

Try taking Vitamin E 400 IU twice daily on cramp days and once daily when not cramping. Also take 2 calcium-magnesium-zinc tablets with meals on cramping days and one tablet 3x daily on non-cramping days. Take a multiple vitamin daily and a good broad spectrum essential fatty acid supplement daily. Double the EFA dose just prior to and during your period. Hope this helps! Valerian may help you rest at night; it is a good muscle relaxer and mild sedative.

I like Advil, a heating pad, and a bag of Dove's dark chocolate Promises. Exercising helps, too, like walking or light yoga, though goodness knows that's the last thing you _want_ to do at that time. Also, orgasming really helps a lot.

I don't know what you've tried before, but I find that ibuprofen helps me most. Also, taking a hot bath or using a heating pad can help. If your cramping is regularly this bad, you should go to your ob/gyn and ask about getting birth control, if you aren't taking it already.

Tylenol destroys your liver. Vioxx was good except it killed more Americans that the terrorists did on 9/11. Site below has natural way to help cramps.

Motrin IB. Also drink plenty of water and rest. You should be okay in about an hour after that.
