In some male mammals, the scrotum is a bag of skin and muscle containing the testicles. It is an extension of the abdomen, and is located between the penis and anus
I would say that the size of your scrotum has nothing to do with someone playing Texas Hold Em. I would say that your mom is a liar and she also makes up things to keep you from the reality. In the future i would not listen to your mother and think for yourself.

I made out with a Texas Hold Em enthusiast... he had a nice package... they weren't too small, or too big. But HE was a little bit wishy washy.
