Let's see... Georges Bataille was pretty sick. "Story of the Eye" includes rape, golden showers, murder, necrophilia, erotic asphyxiation, eating raw bull testicles, having sex in pig filth, "raping" priests, descriptions of killing animals...oh, and putting eyes into orifices. Among other things. I never knew males who were hanged got erections after their death until I read that book.

Freakiest book *I* ever read. "Filthiest" in the literal sense, too.


I hear J.G. Ballard is pretty "filthy" in some of his novels, too... The Atrocity Exhibition and Crash seem reeeally out there sexuality-wise.

Have you tried " my secret life " it is the true story of a English nobleman in Victorian England and details his search for sex it had to be published anonymously I saw a copy on yahoo shopping auctions !

it depends on which time period. Huckleberry Finn was banned for a period and Uncle Tom's Cabin was prhoibted in the south for a while. So a number of books could be considered filthy.

Trainspotting was pretty filthy, I have never had a book make me nauseas but it did... if you have seen the movie the book is a whole lot worse.

There was one called "Daughters Delight' but I can't remember who wrote it. That was back in the mid eighties and us cheerleaders got so busted for that book.
