If you have a policy of member confidentiality and you have to delete her in order to maintain the confidentiality, then just explain that to her. Its OK to delete her if you would delete every member to maintain their confidentiality.

yes, and also let myspace know too, and when you send a e-mail to myspace, make sure keep a copy of it too, because if something goes wrong, MYSPACE won`t be on your side, you know what I mean.

Yes it is so easy to get into trouble these days even when you do not do anything. Just explain to her you can not have her on your friends list because of your job.

ohh hey and it sounds like she too young too be on there tell her she needs too be extra careful and only talk to people she has met in person with her parents that are her age!
