Contacting the publishers is a good idea. They sometimes list job openings on their websites, so you might start by checking with these:

Harlequin/Silhouette: www.eharlequin.com for the Harlequin Bianca, Julia, Jazmin, and Fuego lines, and the Silhouette Deseo line.

Ellora's Cave: www.ellorascave.com, an adult Romantica publisher.

Mosaico: www.clubmosaico.com, the Spanish language equivalent of Doubleday or Literary Guild Book Clubs.

If you go to your local library, ask if they have the Literary Market Place or the Writer's Market. Both list publishers.

I would suggest looking at a couple of books that are in Spanish and then contacting their publishing companies to get your foot in the door.
