I substitute-teach, and did a set of foreign language classes from 7a-2p today. While coordinating the lesson plan, I used a borrowed CD player to tape from collectible concert discs I own
onto 90-minute cassettes I'll use for the player in my ride.
Got a 3-CD set of Elton John at Madison Sq. Garden/NYC in Aug. 1976 onto 2 cassettes-a massive 2 hour 50+ minute gig with special guests! Joe Cocker live in SanFran at the Old Warfield Theatre in '78 = 45 min.. And two radio airchecks of programs from 1967-the first on opening day of the Monterey International Pop Festival in NorCal on Fri., June 16th filled another 90min!
