I can't think of any good reasons for having no school uniform. Schools that do not use uniforms promote bullying etc from some students. Not all families can afford to provide their children with an endless wardrobe of clothes. The children who's families cannot afford to buy them the latest fashion can get ridiculed horribly by some of the other students. I am a retired teacher and the school I worked for did not have uniforms. I witnessed this kind of ridiculing and bullying countless times.
When kids wear a uniform it is less likely that kids will get singled out. It is also far more economical for the parents. You kids that don't like the idea wait until you are a parent, and if your kids happen to go to a school without uniforms I think you will soon change your tune. You are not going to school to show how stylish or individual you are. You are going to school to learn. It is easy to spout out about no uniform shows your individuality and sense of style etc, when you are not the one dishing out the cash to buy all those clothes. Your parents are!

It does stifle individuality
Since many places know there is a need for it, the costs get rather pricey
Some of the uniforms are rather drab
