Doeas a VGA comera qualifies as a digital camera of does it have to have a megapixel camera, such as my phone is a vga .5megapixel???

If your camera does not use film then it's a digital camera.

VGA is like the lowest standard.. i guess thats how you call it..
I think it does qualify as a digital camera....
0.5 mega pixels are pretty low.. most phones have like 1.3 mega pixels..

Duh. It's a digital cam if there is no film. Duh. .5 mp is a piece of crap camera, for sure. Duh. In conclusion, it's a digital camera. Duh.
