Everybody says the obvious stuff, but most of us turn around and dig the bad boy.
I had a top 5 list of basic pre-req's. It's a way to screen out the losers:
1) Job
2) Shelter, preferrably a stylish abode...
3) Vehicle
4) Hobbie or interest that isn't just work, or ME, preferrably something creative, not just golf. Shows ability to use left and right brain...
5) A pet... gold-fish don't count... and I'm allergic to cats... but a dog, or snake or something that requires care, to illustrate his ability to care for something or someone other than just himself.
After that, follows an ever-changing lists of requests... Including and not limited to sexual prowess, spirituality, deapth, sincerity, a sense of humor, openness, and generosity.
