Shouldn't Yoko Ono be practicing what they preached and trying to get his killer to go free? I saw an old interview with them where they spoke about how "bad" they thought it was to keep people in prisons. So, why is his killer there?

I think sometimes some people don't take into account the severity of their words until they are put in that situation of seeking justice from someone committing a crime against them .

I don't think the victim gets much say in where the killer goes. It was the law that put the killer in prison.

It's easier to say things like that until a crime strikes you or your family.
It can go the other way too, about those who think all murderers should be sent to the electric chair, until it's their kid who did the crime.

It wasn't her actions or personal beliefs that put him behind bars. He is responsible for his current whereabouts.
