A deep, white Christmas. The snow makes everything quiet, it can sparkle in the sun like a million diamonds. Seeing it laying on tree branches, especially pines, just makes you feel like christmas. Bundling up, making snowmen, ice skating, drinking hot chocolate...watching the snow fall. A White christmas for me thanks.

White, when I was growning up here in Texas, I can always remember it being very cold, and I always looked foward to having it snow on x-mas eve because I loved having white christmas'. About 3 years ago I experienced a christmas when it got up into the 70's but then again the building I lived in was very hot at the time too due to the fact that the heat was on and the only cool air I had was provided by the fan. But if you want to so me a christmas down under I would be open to the experience, mate.

For those who have never experienced it, Christmas in Australia is great, with a huge range of things to do. Swimming, surfing, lunch - at the beach, beside the pool, at the park or at home. Most of us spend it kicking back with family and friends with a couple of cold beers/bundy rums, any alcohol really. We also don't have a specific meal decided for us. The choices are endless, traditional roasts (of chicken, pork, turkey or beef) with roasted vegetables, BBQ's, seafood, ham on the bone, salads - not just your garden variety but include alot of amazing summer fruits and vegetables. Cold desserts like trifle, caramel tart, pavlova and ice cream. Cold watermelon or mango when you come home from the beach. Presents which encourage people to go outside and enjoy the spirit of the day with their family.

While I would like to experience a "White Christmas", I would never, ever be able to give up a Christmas that is as unique as ours.

Merry Christmas To All!!! "<:oD

Personally I prefer my white Christmas here in Ontario Canada (not always really white, but it's still winter). I suppose I would like to try to vacation over the Christmas break somewhere warm, but isn't Christmas all about family and getting together with loved ones? I'll take that over the weather any day.

White Christmas. The weather feels magical in the winter, like Christmas. Plus, it's the only high-point of the season!

A summer Christmas, like the ones I grew up with in Southern California - near the ocean surf, sand, sea gulls, and all that jazz.

Merry Christmas!

I love the whole white traditional christmas. I love the way it feels when it is snowing and you wake up and you open presents and then sit by the fireplace with a blanket and a book. You see your family go in the snow with your cousins and have a nice dinner I CANT WAIT UNTIL CHRISTMAS
