have chassis lubed. if its more of a clunk sound while driving it might be CV joint. P/S pumps will make a screech noise when they go to the end side to side.

More info needed, but sounds like a normal finding. The suspension under tight turns takes a lot of stress and this stress is transmitted back into the suspension and suspension pick-up points. Some of the suspension pick-up points are rubber isolated, and older rubber will flex and creak when stressed.

many times on a FWD vehicle, one or both between the outer CV joint boots have ripped, and leaked out the grease. Turning the guidance wheel will produce a knock placed in the back of the front wheel(s). look in the back of the wheel on both area, and search for the grease splattered round the reduce boot(s)!

when you turn your wheels all the way left or right ,you put a lot of pressure on the powersteering pump and it makes noise because it is in too much of a bind.

It's your power-steering. Check the levels of the fluid, fill 'er up. If that doesn't take care of it, take it in, you probably have ruined it and need a new one.
