I am an astrologer, the answer is NO. There is no such thing as a "perfect" horoscope (or chart). Everyone has potential and may be influenced by the position of the planets & horizon, but there are a lot of other factors to consider, such as genetics & socio-economical environment. There is no such thing as a perfect anything! But what comes to mind would be a person like Buddha or Jesus. Certainly a person with great wisdom, a person of tolerance, understanding and peace.

The way astrology works is that all things are equal, and highly connectedd to each other. Each sign, planet, and house has a good side, a bad side, and neutral aspects.
Therefore, there is no such thing as a "perfect" horoscope. No one sign is better than another, they are all just different.

It doesn't work that way. Each person is born on a specific time of a sign either at the beginning affected by the previous sign and in this case he would have combined qualities of both signs his and the one just before his or later and would be affected by the sign that comes after his and would again combine qualities of both or in the middle and in this case he would be purely born to that sign (e.g. a pure leo). A person combines good and bad qualities related to his sign and there is no sign better than another.

every sign is good if you know how to control the negative and utilize the positive.
if such a thing ever exists, the person will be God or Goddess, more than just super human or super lucky.

No it is nothing but a con to make money and most things in a horoscope reading could apply to just about anyone if you really look at it.

well, if its a horoscope telling you what will happen, then if its right its right, but if its more those types that give u advice, then they cant be perfect no one thing works for everyone!!!!
