How would I go about doing this? I wanted joint custody but he got her. Now, he never lets me she her, his new girlfriend hangs up on me all the time, and I am never sure if my letters get though.... Any help? I live in Oregon. She will be 4 in a few days, I've seen her 10 times since he ran off with her at 6mos old. Please help.

You need to go through the courts. It will be the hardest way, but the best. You do not say if you had visitation rights, but you should have. He could be breaking the agreement. Your daughter is still way to young to have a voice. Hope everything works out better in the future.

Obviously, the courts gave him full custody for a reason, so do not bother crying on here about how he "ran off with her".

Do not try to contact her through them again, but go the legal route with the courts. Only they can grant you this access. And I would strongly STRONGLY advise against appearing overly antagonistic towards your ex and his gf, as this will only make you look bad.
