It's unbelievable how many people can't spell worth a crap around here. The majority of the answers before me contain misspelled words. There's even a spell check on this.

First off, I have never, ever seen such a thing as you are saying.
Secondly, allowed by who?
Thirdly, the word is 'allowed'. Try saying this out loud, or 'aloud'.

It is not godly. The Bible says not let any impurities in your body nor anything that harms your body and smoking harms your body so therefore it is wrong to smoke. And as "priests" they should set an example but as you can see.. they are not as close to God as they say they are... That shows you the kind of hypocrits they can be.

It makes them look almost human to me when they smoke. I'm not sure whether they should do it aloud, but maybe if they only whisper while they're doing it, it should be allow . . . er, tolerated.

I don't know, but the only priest I know in real life smokes too. Maybe it is one of the few vices that isn't blatently forbidden by the Catholic church.

It depends on what church but i am pretty sure that it is not aloud and the reason is because they teach that your body is a temple; take care of it. Where did you see that? Okee dokee : )

This is allowed as well as it is allowed for them to drink and on many ocassions I have seen them stinking drunk. I guess not being able to have a lover, they have to compensate with other devices.

im sure its not everytime and anyway yes they can smoke but its wrong i mean smoking is bad but a smoking priet but its their choice but on T.V.?
