Yes, I did see the movie, and I think it was a fairly accurate presentation of the scientific data, and the problems. Please notice that the people who say things like "It was bogus - full of half truths and full fledged lies" etc. never give specific arguments. They never point to specific half-truths or lies; they never give references to any legitimate, climatological study to support their position. They are simply parroting what they heard someone else say. There are some famous people claiming that global warming is not a serious problem, but these people are not scientists. It is easy to say that something is a lie, but it is much harder to give specific evidence or logical argumentation to support such a claim. Gore offers a lot of verifiable data in his presentation; you should demand that his critics offer specific and detailed arguments against him. Simply saying "Gore lies" is a cheap shot that only serves to demonstrate the weakness of the critic's position. If there really were data to support their views, you can bet that at least some of Gore's critics would be happy to reference it, but none of them ever do.

I don't think anyone saw it.

It was bogus - full of half truths and full fledged lies.

I guess people are tired of fake documentaries after "Fahrenheit 911" and "Good Night & Good Luck" were proven to be completely full of lies and misinformation.

Can you blame 'em?
