Don't think they understand the question! Do you mean the words "Number One" are actually in both song titles?
For example "Say I'm Your Number One" by Princess, "You're My Number One" by S Club 7, "I Am Number One" by Nelly, "Number One Crush" by Garbage? Am I getting warm?

Why would you give her time out? She isnt talking to you - she is trying to learn how to make up her own mind about things. Does she want bunny or does she want cat- she is only talking to herself. You do want her to use the no word - she really needs to learn how to use it correctly and that is what she is doing. Many of us talk to ourselves even to the point of saying No no thats not right for instance. Give her opportunities to use the word no correctly and nicely. Ask if she wants carrots - she can say no and let her pick what she wants. Only punish her if she is being mouthy to you and even then it does little good at this age. Our kids would say no when I asked if they wanted lunch - I would ignor the no and say well come on then time to eat. Pick your battles - this is not one of them. Let her play - she is using her imagination.
