You have to keep checking with the stores. They never know when they're going to get it. Went to a gaming store Thursday and I just missed having one by 30 minutes!

Search online for release dates. I got mine in its second shipment to circuit city, but I had to wait in line for almost 4 hours first. Try wiiseeker.com .

I called my neighborhood Blockbuster Store. Manager said she would hold the next one for me. She did and I got it. She is also going to hold the next nunchuk (spell.) that comes in.
Forget the big people, work with the ones you know and trust.

most places you gotta be first-come-first serve, but at Radio Shack, you are allowed to pre-order and pick one up on their next shipment, which they'll contact you when it's in.
