If two people are so in love with each other and wish to spend the rest of their lives together, there is no reason that they should not get married together regardless if they are homosexual or heterosexual.. The government has no rights to dictate the affairs of the heart.

I do! I live in New Jersey where they are expected to pass a law that gays can have civil unions but not marriages. It's not good that we can not marry. In a civil union you are not allowed all the same legal rights as you would get in a marriage and that's why it's bad. I do hope that the fact that the new jersey lawmakers are at least allowing homosexuals to have a civil union will make the fight for us to obtain the right to marry a little easier. You also have to look at the fact that most states do not permit homosexuals to marry or to have civil unions.

Of course.
Anyone who works for justice and tolerance supports same-sex marriage.
Anyone who disagrees with the bigotry that accompanies "separate but equal" supports same-sex marriage.
Anyone who can see through the shoddy logic that LGBT people are not "natural," or that LGBT marriages "dilute" traditional marriage supports this.

So, what it boils down to, unless you are a homophobe, or in the small majority of hypocritical "christians," you support equal rights for all.

Any other questions?

I don't.. God created Adam and Eve not Adam and Steve..

In Biological terms, the ends don't meet either.

Marriage is between a man and a women period.

If gay people want to be connected let it be in other ways, call it joined or something.. but we must protect marriage and its rightful meaning.

Sorry if you all hate me, I'm answering the question aren't I?

I speak with what the Bible tells me to be true..Once there was a time, not to long ago that people believed in this, and that was all. (I'm not with all this new way)..

The world is well on its way down the tube. The end times are near.

If you live in the USA I think that you should be free to marry who you want.
I am not gay and I do not think it will affect those who are straight. We should be free to make our own life decisions and live life the way we see fit.

Use your head. If you post this in a gay forum, do you honestly think you're going to get more no than yes?

Alas, some people...
