I know that giraffe's can actually clean thier nose with their tounge, so i'm gonna go with giraffee.

Denial. If they accept the idea of humans evolving from primates they have to abondon their belief in creationism. They have to relinquish their long held belief that GOD created man in his own image. All the data and obvious evidence is abundantly clear for everyone to see yet they refuse to believe anything other than some far fetched story of a GOD with a magic wand creating all of this.
