first check if its not a hairy lip or acne scars around your mouth(yes you can get pimples there..) thats making your lips dark. you might wanna see a dermatologist or ask ur doctor first.
wax lip if its hair DO NOT SHAVE!

1.try exfoliating your whole lip(including the dark spots and the skin) with a wet hard toothbrush, gently in circles(better if rotating battery kind)
2.next lighlty put some spf chapstick on your lips or a balm
3.dab concealer all over your lip and the dark places until it blends nicely(better if color is lighter than skin and concealer especially made to cover up dark circles works even better)
4.(your choice) line your lip with lipliner if you can a little bit on the outside or inside of your lip(unless you have large lips)(inside if large)
5.put a lipstick or lipstain on the lips inside the line(better if natural tone)
6.put a sheer tinted lip gloss similar to lipstick or stain on the lips and voila!beautiful lips and dark spots gone!

if you want any kind of beauty tips just email me!

I don't really understand the cause of the darkness, but it may be that they are chapped, so make sure that you always use chapstick because that will lighten them significantly. If that's not the cause, you can try using lipstick, or tinted lip gloss to try to make them look lighter. But dark lips aren't necessarily anything to be ashamed of. IF you have the courage, put on some red lipstick and go!

Try not to ignore your lip corners and forehead while moisturising your face and body. As dermatologists say it`s because of the direct exposure to sunlight and to the pollution.
Use rose water in fresh cream or few drops of lemon juice into gram flour with pinch of turmeric powder you`ll definitely find the noticeable difference.
Stay healthy and happy.

This is an extremely common problems, especially with (lighter-skinned) African Americans, and East Indians. I had the same problem myself. This is usually caused by skin sensitivity. The skin can be perfectly normal, and all of a sudden it can start to get dark, and discolored. This happens when you skin gets allergic to something. It can be skin products you've been using your entire life, it can be the sun, it can be anything, really. I took care of it by switching to a delicate skin care system, and only using SPF when I went out (and wearing hats).
Try not to use ANYTHING with chemicals. And try switching to a skin care system (with cleanser, toner, and moisturizer) made for delicate skin.
Avoid using anything that contains soaps, vitamin E (very common in skin products because it is very beneficial to the skin, but it is also very common to develop an allergy to it), SPF, chemicals, bleaches, etc.
If nothing works, stick it up, and try using different concealers. Good luck.

Hi, normally they say u must use coriander leaves just mash them and apply on your lips when you at home and when ever its possible you can see the difference. Stop using dark shade lipstick on your lips its better you only use light colour lip gloss on your lips. Good luck

Juice of beetroot is a good remedy. Apply it and keep it on the lips for about 15 minutes and wash it off.

Madre Perla bleach cream - inexpensive skin lightner sold at some Wal-Marts & pharmacies. For an instant cover up just use a little concealer tube/stick make-up.
