They minted 11,776,000 1999-D SBA's at the Denver mint that year. The rare one that year is the 1999-P proof issue. Coin Worlds Coin Values Dec. 2006 issue lists it at $12.00 in high mint state grade. It would have to have no wear, have high mint luster and have no nicks or marks to sell for that price. A dealer of course would pay 40% or so less. You would have to check with a coin dealer as to your coins grade.

I think it's still only worth a dollar. A good way to get an idea is to search for it on eBay to see what it's selling for, or even if it is selling.
