I like it. It's one of those shows you can watch on a whim (although I watch it each week) and you can also miss a show & jump back in next time w/o having to worry about losing the whole story.
It's also fun to watch because it changes every week. It's never exactly the same.

My wife and I both enjoy the show. There's a great dynamic with the two leads. The supporting cast is very good especially the SWAT guys. The stories are very good.
You should try Criminal Minds another great show.
