It's an FAT32, but I changed it to NTFS, and now the computer says "NTRDL is missing. Press Cntr+Alt+Del to restart". I do that and it gives me the same message. Can anyone help me with that?

before connecting a drive to your pc, you must check your drive's jumper status. if you are connecting your new drive to a cable which has been connected other drive ( such first hard drive or an optic drive) you must fix the jumper. you can connect 4 drive your motherboard ( for standart boards, on ide ports) on one cable, you can 2 drive. but one of the drive must be "master" and other one must be "slave" jumper setting. you can find the settings (jumper), on the drive layout. check it and then boot your machine again.
it was first thing you had to do. second one for hard disk is to format them. you can format them easily on windows by pressing right click on your "my computer" icon and then manage.you will find in that browser window "disk drives", choose your new drive ( hasn't been formatted, it will say) format it and it is ok.
Have a nice days.

Check the connection. Or verify through device manager. I can give you a link that deals with hard drive problems.
Some RAM/ hard drive problems can be easily fixed yourself by using easily available tools. I found the info at http://fixit.in useful
