Like them fight for the freedoms that our people have already fought for.
France has their Foriegn Legion, you have to learn to speak their language, you get a new identity if you want, and a new citizenship.
Plus if the go A.W.O.L. they are someone else's problem.
And we got our families home.

I don't know what good they would be, not speaking english and not really being American and all.
I like the idea of having our fine young inmates drafted for service! They are Americans, they know how to use weapons and love violence!

First of all, the process to gain US citizenship can be pretty lengthy. I was born in the U.S., but I empathize with people that want a citizenship here. It took one of my friends 4 years to get her green card...it isn't that easy. I think illegal immigrants have been stereotyped too often as people that just take advantage of America's generosity. I know people that have dreamed of being in America just in hopes for a better life. My parents gained their citizenship here before i was born, over 20 years ago, and to this day my dad still faces racial prejudice. I love the diversity of America, but some people aren't so accepting of it.
Should we let them fight for our country? Not if our attitude is to treat them as disposable.

That would be turning the US Army into a Spanish Army, I don't see how you can draft someone who don't speak English but if you want to go ahead with your plan, it's okay with me..☺

i think we should but i dont think they would go.. the prisons would be filled up pretty fast... what i dont get is if they love this country so much why dont they get citizenship or a green card whatever they need to live her legally
