Your baby is very well protected. There are many layers between the baby and the burn. You probably should hop in a cool-ish shower and put water on your belly to stop the burn. You could put ice on your belly and it wouldn't hurt the baby, but it isn't good to put ice on a burn anyway because it can actually cause more damage.
The only real danger to your baby would be if the burn got infected. Check the link below to figure out if you need to go to the doctor for the burn. If it isn't blistering, it is probably just a first degree burn. If it is but smaller that 2-3 inches in diameter, which it sounds like it is, even if it does blister, you can still treat it like a first degree burn.
So keep it clean, use antibiotic ointment (like Neosporin) and cover it. If it doesn't look better in a couple of days, you should see a doctor, but I bet it will be fine.
And be careful with that baby belly! It takes some getting used to!

The baby is fine. People live through a lot worse accidents while pregnant and deliver healthy happy little babies. Your womb is not going to lose 2 degrees of temperature because you slap an ice cube on a burn on your belly. You are warmed from within, not dependent of the air temperature like a lizard.

You didn't harm your baby at all, your baby is very well protected in there and burning the surface of your skin is not going to even come close to touching the baby. Your baby is behind many layers of skin as well as being inside of your uterus and so you are just fine wouldn't worry about it. I am sure your doctor will also state that everything is fine. Best of luck to you and I am sorry you got burned hope you feel better soon! :)

Wait and see what the doc says because there is no telling what degree of a burn it is. You will more then likely be fine but just calm down and wait on him or her to call you back they may want you to come in so that they can evaluate the burn but the baby is probably okay! Sorry you are having to go through this but best of wishes.

The baby is fine. She is better protected than a football player in full gear. A superficial burn won't hurt her in the least. Go ahead and tell the doc and he might have something you can put on it. No vaseline or oil or butter, that will keep the heat in and make the burn worse.

Your baby is fine. The skin is an excellent insulator. Your baby never noticed except possibly by a sound and the change of your breathing and heart-rate. The baby is protected very well.

You are right to worry but for this please relax as your baby is not hurt. Your baby will be fine. You can put something on it to help relieve the pain. As you feel the pain so does your baby thru you nerves system. So use what you think is the best.. Your baby will be fine.

the baby is fine. that child is very protected in the womb, it's like floating in a water balloon. don't worry, but you will, since it's your first baby. doctors don't mind the calls. as for it being cold, don't worry. that baby doesn't feel the ice. you take care of yourself, and you'll be fine.

NO YOU DIDN'T BURN THE BABY. THE BABY IS WELL PROTECTED IN THERE. THE ICE WILL NOT MAKE THE BABY TOO COLD. THE BABY IS NICE AND WARM IN THERE. THE ICE WILL MAKE YOU FEEL BETTER THOUGH. YOU SHOULD HAVE SOMEONE ELSE TO COOK FOR YOU THROUGHOUT THE DURATION OF YOUR PREGNANCY BECAUSE THE STOVE IS NOT FOR YOU RIGHT NOW. I HAVE NEVER HEARD OF THIS HAPPENING BEFORE. PLEASE BE CAREFUL.
