Probably because the term "deuces wild" is related to gambling, and gambling is huge money on the internet. There are a million sites out there competing to get your online dollar, so they have tricks to divert your web searches to their site while not actually providing you with the answer you were looking for.

It might be quicker to go to your local WalMart, buy a $2.99 copy of "According to Hoyle" and read up on the deuces wild variant of poker.

Deuces Wild is a variation of poker in which twos (deuces) can be used as any value of other card. As far as I know there is no specific game called 'Deuces Wild'
