does anyone really like yahoo answers? sometimes it gets annoying with the stupid things people post.

It gets a little boring after a while but I do like it.

I joined just a few weeks back, and I really enjoy it. Sure, there's a lot of idiots asking and answering, but you know there's a lot of them everywhere! I get a kick out of the questions, and the amazing variety of answers. --And sometimes there's a chance to really help someone who needs a good answer. There's a real feeling of community going on here.
And it's a funny thing---the more questions I answer and answers I read, the more in tune I feel with people I meet off the internet, and the easier it is to talk and interact with them!

Sometimes the questions are daft, sometimes the answers.
It can be a chuckle just dont take it too seriously. Give a thumbs up/down if it really bugs you. If it still gets to you, try the questions under mathematics, they are not joking or messing about, it is deadly serious. You might like the light heartedness of the regular questions after that.

I think it helps out a lot of people who have serious questions. But I agree, a lot of people post stupid questions. It is also hard to get a good answer from people on here. Way too many spammers wanting the "points"...

Honestly... for me, Y!A is a way to interract with people and to discover and examine the world. It's like going out and analyzing people's reactions and their behaviours. It's an easy source of knowledge.
If I need help, I can receive it. If I can give it, I'm happy to do it and it makes me feel like I'm doing something constructive with my time. But sometimes I see such obscene or senseless questions or answers being posted that it makes me think I'm a failure for even being here.

I like it, but sometimes people do post stupid stuff and sometimes it's hard to find good questions to answer.

I agree it does have a lot of stupid questions sometimes but if you look hard enough and ask intelligent questions yourself I've found that you can pick up some usefull information.

I like it. There are alot of annoying and disgusting questions, and some really rude persons. But overall, once you comb out all of the junk, there are some pretty insightful questions and answers.
