About.com's Freebies site is GREAT for finding free offers. Here's the Baby section:
http://freebies.about.com/od/babyfreebies/Baby_Freebies.htm
Most of those are coupons or an actual sample, like one diaper for example. But hey, they might help. I have never seen a way to get whole things free, like a whole pack of diapers or anything. Sorry about that.
While you're on About.com check out their "Coupon" site and their "Frugal Living" site. The coupon site has so much to offer in their baby and family sections. Seriously. I recommend the Frugal Living site because 1) it has LOTS of tips on how to save on baby items and 2) it has LOTS of tips on how to save on other things ... which would give you more money to spend on baby things and otherwise.
Here's the Frugal Living site:

I went on Simalic.com, Enfamil.com, pampers, huggies, luvs and they send you samples of their products every couple months. However if you need more help there is a thing called WIC and you can sign up for it before they baby arrives or while you are at the hospital. Ask your doc more about it.

try your local pregnancy place. I don't know if they are everywhere but in NC there is one and you go and attend classes. Lamaze, parenting, basics, and so on. They in turn give you so many credits for attending these classes and then you can go cash them in on baby stuff that they have there. It is great because people donate new car seats, strollers, cribs, swings, and high chairs as well as diapers, clothes (maternity and baby), baby formula, and wipes. It is great but they do amazing things for people that need it. You could call your local health department and they can tell you if there is one near by.

You could sing up for a Christmas Hamper. If you are a single mom, you can also sign up for respite services which may have freebies - or at the very least free babysitting services.

hey girl, just go to babiesonline.com and other baby websites that you can register...babygaga.com, babyzone.com etc. and register with the website and believe me, they won't stop coming. Another way is to go to any classes that your insurance may provide for free. I have Kaiser and every time I go, I get free stuff. Good luck.
