All right, I went from 230 to 180 in two months. Any faster than that, and, well, that's not healthy. This is what I ate every single day, every meal, except dinner Sunday night which I ate whatever and as much as I want. That is actually good, because after eating so little it boosts your metabolism when you do that. Sometimes I would lose 2 pounds on Monday. Anyway, I had one nutrigrain bar for breakfast. Two bacon sandwiches for lunch, no mayo. I used horseradish, but you can use mustard or ketchup (yuck) what ever you want, but Mayo has a lot of fats. For dinner I had a big plate of skinless fried (no oil or shortening) chicken (2 sm breast) cut up in a salad with low-fat Ranch dressing. Drink nothing with sugar. You can cut out like 500 calories a day cutting out sodas and sweet tea. I literally drank nothing but water. Good luck!

All marketing nonsense aside, there is only one way to lose weight. You need to consume less calories than you use.
The hard part is doing that.
Think of it as a balancing act. On one side is the Big Mac, about 700 calories.
On the other side is walking for 30 minutes. 700 calories.
Your problem is there are too many Big Macs on one side, and too much sitting on your butt on the other.
You pay a price for everything you eat.
So, eat all you want, as long as you pay the price on the other side, and use up those calories!

Eat less, and exercise more. An easy way is to consume less food each day to lower the calories, but once you get to a point that you're hungry 1-2 hours after you eat, then it is a little too less food.

Starving comes to mind...for even more weight try having a leg lopped off, besides losing pounds you also get a good parking spot at Walmart.

I tried 100% Hoodia and......
Hoodia has worked for me...and with no side effects.
Check with your doctor before starting any weight loss program.
For all you doubters, here is the prior feedback for another Answers user who followed my advice:
Asker's Rating: *****
very good comment i lost 2 lbs in a week
i think i can almost get in my leather dress, i can hit the town in no time
**** VERY IMPORTANT NOT TO GET RIPPED OFF ---
#1. Be sure you are buying pure Hoodia...look for the import certificate on the website. No matter the price, if they do not display this, you really do NOT know what you are getting!
#2. Be sure it is 100% Hoodia & not mixed w/other herbs, etc.!!
#3. Keep in mind it stops your hunger pangs…you MUST remember to break your habit to always eat at certain times.
#4. Drink a full 8oz. glass of water with it!
Hoodia (HOOD-ee-uh) gordonii - A genus of 10 to 20 species from southwestern Africa.
Hoodia gordonii is the stoneage wonder plant found throughout the dry arid regions of the South western African continent now on the verge of making history in the fight against obesity. It is a genus belonging to the Asclepiadaceae family which consists of approximately 20 species. Used to stop hunger, quench thirst, and provide energy among other things since prehistoric times, Hoodia gordonii was first discovered by the San tribesmen and women to get through the most difficult of times.

The only sure way is a healthy diet & exercise. There are NO quick fixes, small changes will equal big results over time.
Go to www.shapemagazine.com for tons of information. One of my personal favourite sites.

run! run like theres a wild animal or (scary family members name here)(or me, i can be pretty scary) after you. you might get tired after a few minutes, but youll see improvements soon. or you could do the slow jogging approach, where you get alot farther, which is sometimes more satisfying. find a pretty jogging trail or road. got a dog? bring him/her too! just move ya feet! oh yeah, dont starve yourself, cuz that just gives you more problems
