If your friends cannot go where they want without parental consent, then they are not entirely responsible for "letting you down." They should definitely ask their parents before promising to accompany you somewhere, instead of telling you that they'll go without knowing whether their parents will let them. It sounds like they want to hang out with you, but they have other things holding them back.
You can either talk to them about the situation and let them know that it hurts you whenever they break your guys' plans or end the friendships. It's entirely up to you, but you may want to talk to them about it before you make such a drastic change (by ending the friendships). Another option is to get used to not depending on them, but, in my opinion, that isn't the basis of a great friendship.

My question to you is, Why do you nonetheless stay acquaintances together with her if she has consistently show you how to down? It seems such as you're a sucker for punishment. often times the best is going out of a friendship that has run that is course. not each chum is an entire life chum, many acquaintances one makes in existence, are like guideposts on the journey of existence, and while they have served their purpose, you progression on and bear in mind what you have found out,and shop the concepts of the best. yet on your case forgetting , could properly be greater helpful, and her consistent disrespect for you, is fates way of nudging you to make a metamorphosis on your existence.
