Awesome. It's like a zoo. definetely buy a ticket and enjoy. The surroundings are beautiful and natural, although manmade. I never go on any rides and still have so much fun. n

busch w/o roller coasters and water rides becomes a day nature walk day. There are plenty of shows and animals to see. They have a few other rides that are not bad like safari rides. We go a couple times a year and I'm not into coasters anymore & hate walking around in wet clothes so I avoid water rides too, and still enjoy the day there
no knowing ages of family members or if it happens to be a day w/o sunshine (it can happen) there MOSI Museum of Science and Industry. Hate recommending a museum but this one is so interactive it's interesting ... kind of hands on. They also have and IMAX theater which is awesome. If your uneasy about heights or bigger than life images you may not like it. The theater is hi & steep and your pretty close to the screen which is a semi circle an goes up down side to side around the seating. check out their website to see what movies would be playing during your visit and for all info on MOSI

Bush gardens is worth in in so many ways but it is also known for the coasters but aside from that there are plenty of shows there animals you can still enjoy while your party enjoys the coasters, you can still go on a few rides like rhino rally, bumper cars, sky way, things like that i find it to be entertaining i go alot an have done days i don't go on any coasters or water rides an still have a blast.

no its not. my friend just recently went and she hates roller coasters and said it was the worst part of her trip.( i really like bush garden though cause i love roller coasters)
I've never done anything in Tampa other than bush gardens but Disney world is only a 20 min drive away (i think) and it doesn't have water rides or high g forces and its really fun.
my friend who just went to Florida said her favorites were Disney world and sea world. I've never been to sea world so I'm no sure whats there.
hope this helps

Yes, Busch Gardens is the fourth largest Zoo in the Country, and there are many other attractions there as well.

yes, i think its still fun, i went and didnt go on any coasters (but did go on wated rides) and still had a good time. disneyis NOT 20 minutes away, its an hour and 20 minutes. probably more fun with your condition than busch gardens, but that may not be an option

Its better than alot of the other parks in central Florida like Universal Studios because it has animals. My wife doesn't ride the rides either and I thought I would be really boring without them. But there is lots to see and do between the animals (of you like them) and the shows. Katonga is really good. I think they are about to start a new show too where Morrocan Roll used to be.

It depends on what you want to do. As a former employee of BG (not the FL one) I can tell you that there are other things to do besides the rides...for you perhaps it would be "guy watching" (just a suggestion...don't flame me)!!
And you can always go on the rollercoasters...just keep your eyes closed!!

Oh definately the park is worth it. My husband and I both have back and neck situations where we can't do rollercoasters. The park is full of plenty of fun for all ages that do NOT entail rollercoasters HAVE TONS OF FUN AND TAKE PLENTY OF PHOTOS.
