If Jason Richardson turns out to be healthy, this would be a great deal for you. However, you also have to take into consideration the health history of the players that you are getting as Carter, and Okafor have had a history of injuries.
On what you have (Johnson, Boozer, and Jefferson), they are pretty solid except that Jefferson does very little outside of score and rebound and Boozer is "Elton Brand without the blocks" according to some Fantasy experts.
I feel that (if you are willing to take a chance) you should go for the trade as you get more pieces (e.g., Boozer straight up for Okafor; Carter for Johnson, Jefferson for Jamison, and Richardson is the throw in). But if you want to play it safe, stay with your trio of Jefferson, Boozer, and Johnson.

Absolutely not. Richardson's hurt and you can't trust Vince Carter.
Joe Johnson will be gold for you, same with Boozer
