You should just kiss my wealthy Conservative ***. Just think if it was not for my or others money you would not have a job or welfare. Go ahead and take all our money distribute it to all you poor lowlifes out there then I will be broke and you will have all the money. I can assure you after you piss off all the cash [for if you had any common sense you would not be poor] I will have all my money back. I started with nothing and can do it again. But whiny bastards like your self will never amount to anything.

Most, but not all, conservatives will only help those that are like them. "Conservatives" are typically labeled as upper middle/upper class with high paying executive jobs and the like.
I am sure that they do have some concern for the lower and middle class, but as a whole, they will take care of their own first before taking care of others.

Typical liberal, only defines issues in the terms of economic status. And we are the greedy ones? Right. Perhaps, conservatives also see the moral imperatives.
Anyway, I'm squarely in the middle class, and realize my best path to more income is a free market economy, not socialism, because I own my business.

I am a middle class conservative. We are sincere is what we care about. Liberals pretend they really care about the poor if it gets them elected. Everybody hates being poor. Which means we all want to be successful and have more. That is a conservative point of view. Those who are unsuccessful and give up suddenly blame those who are successful for their failure. That is a Liberal point of view.

Conservatives inhabit all economic "classes". Do you think the "lower" and "middle" class conservatives are self-loathing?

Recently they have been trying to modernise the party to appeal to all classes almost like Labour did years ago when Tony Blair took over as leader

Conservatives care deeply about the poor.
They pay millions of them 5.15 an hour to show their concern.
