Should I bleach it or wax it (I'm not shaving it!)

Also, should I wax my upper lip or not? I've heard you have to wait until its a few mm long to wax it. Is there any at home waxing stuff/brand which lets you do it with short upper lip hair? I have noticed a bit of hair on my neck (it's very fine but is about half a centremeter (0.2 of an inch long in parts. I have also noticed it at the very side of my face. You have to stand a few centre meters away to see it but it really bothers me! Should I bleach it? I have sensitive skin. I have fair to medium skin. I have a bit of italian in me (I was born in Australia..I live in Australia...one of my parents's parents were born in Italy...my Dad was born here).

Thankyou for your time. Also how should I shape my eyebrows? Should I just pluck them or actually go somewhere to get them done? My problem with going somewhere is that I have watched a few bad storys on Today Tonight (on channel 7 in Australia) where people have actually been b

Sorry I ran out of room. Finishing the last sentence:

Where people have actually been burnt and subsequently scarred by the wax. Can I wax my eyebrows with nairs or something?

Also, I have noticeable upper leg hair. Should I bleach it or should I wax it (I don't want to shave it because upper legs get ingrown hairs pretty easily (don't ask me why!)

Arm Hair : shave it!....seriously ive never had a cut from shaving my arms but if you arent comfortanle with that wax it!
Upper Lip :wax it either at a beauty salon with hot wax or at home..if you do it at home id recommend the sally hansen waxing kit
Eyebrows : i cant really help you there cuz i havent done my eyebrows before....but you should go to a professional and try waxing them or threading...there are also pre-shaped eyebrow wax kits...i read about in a magazine....i think you can get from sephora... hope i helped :o) and good luck

try bleaching it... i believe there is an over the counter product called Jolen's Hair bleach or something. if u don't like that, wax the arms w/ Nads.. isn't that from australia? anyways it's a Seen On TV product, so u can probably order it or find it somewhere..... that is waxing.

if the hair on upper lip is unnoticable, leave it alone or bleach it. if it's very thick and noticable, wax it.

eyebrows, pluck underneath and figure out what kind of shape u want (arch? curved?) and just pluck the strays. u can get them waxed easily, it's not hard to do at all, they will do it like 2 minutes and u pay like $8 (in U.S. anyways). u can also wax ur eyebrows w/ Nads.

goodl uck~

Arm hair - I personally shave . . . but waxing is fine too.
Lip hair - waxing is the best option if it really bothers you there are at home kits with no heat neccesary
Eyebrows - go to a pro to start otherwise you're in danger of ending up with no brows
Upper Leg hair - I personally only shave up to the knee but if I go to the beach I'll shave higher.

i know one girl that couldn't stand body hair and would shave everywhere. but i have never cared about arm hair and stuff like that however if it bothers you you should try something. i don't really have any advice because i've only ever shaved but ii also knew this girl that waxed her arms. she was from spainand i think she just used some local product.

I can't really help you with anything but the eyebrows.
You should at LEAST get your eyebrows done professionally for the first time so you can just stick with that same shape.

Shave your arms, it sounds dumb, but personally I do it.
You should get your eyebrows done proffesionally the first time because then they will be even and tyou can stuck with the sjape.

Maybe you can just shave your arms?
No offense.
BUt if it is really embarrasing to you then do something about it.
Whatever you do,
Never ever ever use nair when you are shaving .
I have had expierance with that and it gives you MAD razor burn.
