Because your cellphone is interfering with the same frequency as your speakers. Mine does it too.

Signal interference. It isn't just your phone, nearly (if not) all cell phones do that.
When I had a cell phone, I could tell when the phone was going to ring because that noise would come 10 seconds or so before I actually received the call.

Your cell phone is generating electrical interference that the speakers pick up. The interference generates an electrical current inside the speakers, which they play as sound.

It's the satellite wave picked up by the television broadcast.
